Minor
Courses toward a minor in addiction studies may be completed online through the Department of Psychology and Communication Studies. Training and education for certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) is also available online.

Through a combination of online courses, lecture courses, independent studies and transfer courses, students can earn the Bachelor of General Studies at the University of Idaho Coeur d’Alene campus.

Diversity and Stratification
Certificate
Through a combination of course work, online learning, workshops, internships and service learning opportunities, students develop an in-depth understanding about diversity and stratification processes and they learn to apply that understanding to today's ever-changing workplace and in social life.

For a list of current and upcoming online course offerings, view the University class schedule. Online courses can be taken as elective courses for majors in the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences and for majors offered by other University of Idaho colleges. Check with your program adviser for details. 

Courses taken online may be applied toward the 32 upper-division credit requirement for a University of Idaho degree. Out-of-state tuition is not charged for online courses.
