 This 12-credit interdisciplinary program offered through the Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Justice Studies provides skill development and training on a broad range of diversity issues.

Through a combination of course work, online learning, workshops, internships and service learning opportunities, students develop an in-depth understanding about diversity and stratification processes and they learn to apply that understanding to today's ever-changing workplace and in social life.
