The Coeur d'Alene Airport
The Coeur d'Alene Airport (COE) is one of the most active and dynamic General Aviation Airports in the West. The location, essentially in the middle of rapidly growing Kootenai County, along with excellent facilities, clear approaches and ample space (approximately 1,200 acres) make it the airport of choice for most of the flying public that do not have to travel by commercial carrier. It is home to over 135 corporate and private aircraft and provides access for aviation education and emergency medical transport. The Airport also is the home base for the U.S. Forest Service Fire-Fighter Bomber. COE offers a full ILS approach and has an on-site weather observation system, which provides up-to-the-minute weather reports. www.cdaairport.com
