Applications for Cohort III of the IBC project will be available September 15, 2009. Applications will be due to the Office of School Improvement by 5:00pm on October 31, 2009. Schools and districts will be selected and matched with a Capacity Builder by early December, and Cohort III services will begin in January, 2010.
