Financial Aid and Scholarships

Student Financial Aid Services works with federal and private programs to help students fund their education, including scholarships, grants, loans, work-study or a combination of these programs. The University of Idaho school code is 001626.

In order to be eligible for financial aid, students must complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student aid) form at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov

Many scholarships and financial aid programs are awarded all year long. The application deadlines are listed as August 1 and December 1, but you can apply at any time.

All transfer students with a 3.0 GPA or better are eligible for the Transfer Idaho scholarship ($1,500/year for two years).

All high school students interested in dual enrollment should consider the Go Idaho scholarship program ($1,500/year for four years).
