University of Idaho Coeur d'Alene Administration
The University of Idaho, Coeur d'Alene is managed by
Dr. Charles Buck, Associate Vice President and Center Executive Officer for northern Idaho, with the help of a core team of individuals who keep things moving.
Jamie Anderson is the Northern Idaho assistant and helps coordinate all things related to Charles' schedule and administrative needs, as well as facility support needs and other office management activities. She is the go-to person for general requests related to the Harbor Center and operations.
Dr. Erik Anderson is the director of academic programs focusing on program development and growth in the region.
Patrick Nutter is in charge of the north Idaho facilities team with regard to building and maintenance, grounds and other activities. He also oversees facility needs at the Post Falls Research Park and the University of Idaho classrooms in North Idaho College (NIC) Molstead Library.
Angie Sowers is frequently seen at the front desk at the UI Harbor Center. She assists with admission, registration and student account questions as well as classroom, meeting room and videoconference scheduling.
Rob Baxter is the information technology (IT) systems manager for all northern Idaho facilities including the Harbor Center, Post Falls Research Park and University of Idaho classrooms at NIC. He is the primary contact for all IT needs for faculty, staff and students in northern Idaho.
Barb McDonald is responsible for administrative support in program development, as well as budgets and support for Idaho Building Capacitors.
Becky Byers aids in student services, advising, recruiting and other admissions functions for northern Idaho.
Melissa Garrett is the main liaison for recruitment and student services between the main campus in Moscow and Northern Idaho and eastern Washington. She and Becky are regular visitors to area schools, job fairs, North Idaho College and other recruitment and outreach events in the community. Melissa is available for advising and student services for those interested in various programs at the University of Idaho.
Julie Wasson is the Administrative Assistant helping students and faculty in the College of Education.
Wanda Quinn is in charge of program development with special emphasis in professional development and programs such as the geographic information systems (GIS) certificate, executive master of business administration (EMBA) program and special workshops and series of Northern Idaho. She is also a key community liaison with a regular presence at area Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club events and activities.
