Organizational Dynamics Succeeding in the modern workplace requires knowledge and insight that crosses traditional disciplinary bounds. Through the Certificate of Completion in Organizational Dynamics (CCOD) program, students from diverse academic majors can develop the interdisciplinary skills necessary to succeed and lead in public and private sector organizations -- locally and globally. Students in this program learn to apply psychological principles to the study of work behavior. Topics include: personnel selection, performance appraisal, training, work motivation, teams, leadership and job attitudes. Additional work is required for graduate credit.
