Water Quality Initiatives

The University of Idaho Coeur d’Alene is headquartered on the Spokane River at the outlet of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Set in the midst of the Coeur d’Alene River Basin, our location provides us with an outstanding natural laboratory to support the study of natural resource issues.

The University of Idaho conducts numerous research, education, and outreach activities focused on water quality.
