Jonathan Wopert
NAME: Jonathan Wolpert
HOMETOWN: Tacoma, Wash.
YEAR IN SCHOOL: Junior
MAJOR: Operations managment
WHY DID YOU WANT TO BE A CBE AMBASSADOR?
I wanted to be a CBE Ambassador to relate my positive experience with the CBE and the U-Idaho to prospective students. Students really invest themselves in their selected major/field, and I believe the CBE will exceed their expectations and provide a solid foundation for them as professionals for the rest of their lives.
WHAT HAS BEEN ON OF YOUR FAVORITE EXPERIENCES SO FAR IN THE COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS (CLASS, ACTIVITY, CLUB, STUDENT INTERACTIONS, ETC.)?
One of my favorite experiences in CBE so far has been getting to know the diverse collection of students. Every week, I meet someone new who is from Washington like myself or from across the country like New York City or Minnesota. It is interesting to hear their stories and hear why they chose the CBE. I am able to learn so much from my fellow students inside and outside the classroom that I am always looking forward to who I meet today, and what is next.
