Dave Wimer, Davis Investment Group Speaker

Dave is a financial advisor for E.K.Riley Investments, a regional brokerage firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Dave works with two other advisors and they manage about $150 million of stocks, bonds and mutual funds in Grangeville, Idaho.

Prior to becoming a retail investment advisor, Dave spent the prior seven years working for West One / U.S. Bank, where he managed $150 million as a portfolio manager for their trust department. He developed extensive experience trading large volumes of securities and served as a portfolio manager for many personal trust accounts, retirement plans, foundations, corporate funds and individual accounts. In addition, Dave was co-manager of over $50 million of internal bank stock funds and spent two years in retirement plan administration.

Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the University of Idaho in 1989. He has also earned the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
