Idaho PGA Golf Management Students Take Title at National Competition

A team of five students in the University of Idaho Professional Golf Association Golf Management (PGA PGM™) program competed against nearly 100 PGA PGM™ students from across the nation to win the PGA Jones Cup.

Players on the top team, which won the event by three strokes, include Michael Frye, Ben Weyland, Chris Meyer, Edgar Leano and Greg Wagner.

The two-day national PGA tournament featured the 20 schools participating in the PGA Golf Management program. The annual event was held at The PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
