CBE Grads in the Workforce: Nisha Kaphle

"Working in the team environment and with the helpful faculty has been the best part of my experience at the College of Business and Education. Coming from Nepal, it was hard for me to adjust to new environment at first. But the community in Moscow and University of Idaho made my transition easy and fun. I am actually pretty grateful to the department and academic faculty who supported me financially and emotionally. This was the main reason that I came back to the University of Idaho to pursue my degree in Master of Accountancy. The CBE provided a great learning environment that really helped me develop myself as a successful student, a better leader, and a team person. I am glad that I was part of the Integrated Business Curriculum (IBC) program during my undergraduate years; it brought the best out of me and instilled more confidence, built personality, and made me better equipped for my future endeavors.

"After graduation, I will start my career with Deloitte & Touche as an audit staff at its office located in San Jose, California. I went through the recruiting process at the university and was able to secure my job long before I graduate. I am confident that my experience and the valuable skills that I learned going through the CBE programs will help me to achieve success and make a difference in the company."
