Davis Investment Group

The University of Idaho Davis Student Investment Group offers students an opportunity to apply their presentation and decision-making skills in the context of investment management.  

Students that participate in the Davis Investment Group are responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of stocks, bonds, and other equities.

Lead by Dean and Professor Mario Reyes, each group member is responsible for tracking a specific market sector and providing weekly reports which includes news, ratings, and personal recommendations. Group members are also responsible for presenting investment opportunities to each other in formal presentations. These activities provide members with invaluable real world experience with financial markets and investment decisions.
