Logistics

Check-in
Please plan to arrive by mid-afternoon on Sunday, June 8.  Check in at the Best Western University Inn (www.uinnmoscow.com), 1516 Pullman Road, Moscow, Idaho, 83843; phone 208.882.0550.  The first scheduled function is a program orientation which includes a group exercise at 5:00pm, followed by dinner. UEC will conclude on Thursday evening, June 26, with a dinner cruise on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake.

Lodging
UEC participants stay just blocks from campus at the Best Western University Inn (www.uinnmoscow.com).  Each participant enjoys the comfort and convenience of a private room with amenities that include wireless internet service, cable television, voice messaging, dual data jacks on in-room phones, free local calls, free in-room coffee, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and access to same day laundry service. 

Transportation will be provided between the Best Western University Inn and the J.A. Albertson Building, home to the UEC classroom.

Meals
All meals are served in a private dining room where our executive chefs design delicious and healthy meals noted for variety, quality, and presentation.  We welcome your input, so if you have special dietary needs or requests, please let us know what they are, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Climate
The temperature in Moscow during early June is generally in the 70s and 80s with days occasionally reaching the low 90s. We have low humidity and frequently experience cool weather along with some rain. Sweaters and light jackets may be needed for the evenings which are generally cool, reaching to the low 50s. 

Dress
Dress throughout the course is casual for both participants and faculty.
