Beth Druffel
Vice President, Finance & External Reporting, Red Lion Hotels Corporation
Beth Druffel joined Red Lion Hotels Corporation in July 2014 as Vice President, Finance and External Reporting. She was previously employed as Treasurer and Chief Accountant for Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation and as Senior Manager in the audit practice of KPMG. Beth is a Certified Public Accountant and holds Bachelor of Science and Masters of Accountancy degrees from the University of Idaho. She also serves on the advisory board of the University of Idaho’s Department of Accounting.
Cindy Leaver
Chief Financial Officer, Numerica Credit Union
Cindy has been CFO since 2005 and focuses on asset liability management, allowance for loan losses & TDR analysis, budgeting, investments, profitability analysis & reporting, strategic planning & process improvement. She has led numerous initiatives for Numerica, including developing the Numerica Financial Services program; administering & improving the Asset/Liability Management process; creating the Balanced Scorecard reporting process & overseeing the merger with School Employees Federal Credit Union. She is a past director, treasurer and president of the Spokane Chapter of the Washington Society of CPAs; and she is a past member of the City of Spokane Audit Committee. Cindy has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Gonzaga, and is a CPA. She also holds an Advanced Project Management certification through EWU.
A. Craig Olson
Managing Director, CAPROCK Group
Prior to founding The CAPROCK Group, Craig served as President and Member of the Board of the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation. His career includes 28 years with Albertson’s, Inc. where he served as Chief Financial Officer for over 10 years. In addition he served as a Trustee of various Albertson’s Employee Benefit Trusts and Director / President of a captive insurance company. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho, has attended Stanford University, Graduate School of Business, Financial Management Program and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Idaho. Craig has served, or is currently serving, on various Boards including University of Idaho, College of Business & Economics, Advisory Board; Bogus Basin Recreational Association; Treasure Valley YMCA, Finance Committee; KeyBank, Idaho Advisory Board, the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation and is an active board member and audit committee chairman of MWI Veterinarian Supply, Inc. [NASDAQ: MWIV].
