Kara Besst is the President and CEO of Gritman Medical Center, where she has worked for 22 years. Originally from Idaho Falls, Kara graduated from the University of Idaho in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Prior to graduating, Kara started at Gritman Medical Center as an Intern before being hired as an Accountant in Gritman’s Fiscal Services Department. She became Gritman’s Chief Financial Officer in November 2000 and assumed the role of President and CEO in February 2011. She lives in Moscow with her family.

Travis is a professional geologist and registered engineer with a geological engineering master's degree and MBA from the University of Idaho. His 20+ year career with geotechnical engineering projects throughout the northwest sustains a network of professional alliances. Roger Rowe is Acting CEO and CFO for TigerLogic in Portland, Oregon. TigerLogic is a global provider of engagement solutions including Omnis, a mobile development platform, and Postano, a social media aggregation and display platform.
After graduating from the University of Idaho in Accounting and Corporate Finance in 1982, Roger moved to Portland to joint KPMG as an auditor. After five years in public accounting, Roger has spent his career in various leadership positions with both small and large technology companies in the Portland area including Mentor Graphics, Preview Systems, InFocus Corporation, Merchandising Technologies, TriQuint Semiconductor and Agilyx prior to joining TigerLogic in January 2015.

Matt Espe brings 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, distribution and management with global manufacturing businesses to Armstrong. In his previous role at Ricoh Americas Corporation, a subsidiary of Ricoh Company, Ltd., he served as chairman and CEO. Prior, he was chairman and CEO of IKON Office Solutions, Inc., a $4 billion office equipment distributor and services provider with 24,000 employees. Ricoh acquired IKON in 2008.
Before joining IKON in 2002, Matt was president and CEO of GE Lighting. He managed multiple business units as well as many functions. He brings a finely-tuned global perspective, having led businesses in Europe, Asia and North America. Matt is a former director of Unisys Corporation and Graphic Packaging, Inc. He currently serves on the CBE advisory board and on the advisory council for Drexel University's Lebow College of Business, Center for Corporate Governance. Additionally, Matt is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Wall Street Journal CEO Council. He graduated from U of I with a bachelor's degree in marketing, and received his MBA from Whittier College.
