CFO & Director of Human Resources, Northwest River Supply (NRS)
Tony has worked at NRS for 23 years primarily as the CFO and Human Resource Manager, and recently became a board member. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1993 with a degree in accounting. He has served as a board member for the Moscow Chamber of Commerce for four years and for the Palouse Ice Rink for the past two years, currently serving as Vice President. His hobbies include umpiring youth baseball, playing ice hockey and taking his family stand-up paddle boarding. Tony is married with two daughters.

Tom’s addiction for winter recreation began in the late 1950’s. He started his ski industry career as an instructor at Mt. Cranmore NH winter of 1977/78. He became a certified member of PSIA in 1979 with aspirations of becoming a member of their educational staff. He was appointed an examiner in 1993, member of the Eastern division demo team in 1994 and a PSIA-E divisional representative at the 1996 National Demo Team tryouts. His attempt at the National team ended unsuccessfully which redirected his career path toward overall ski area operations under the guidance of Phil Gravink and Les Otten of the American Ski Company (ASC). Upon Phil’s’ retirement, Tom succeeded him as Managing Director and COO at Attitash. The experience he gained with ASC prepared him for his position as President and CEO of Schweitzer Mountain Resort, a job which Tom describes as a dream come true. Tom has been married to his wife, Donna for 38 years they have three children and three grandchildren all passionate winter enthusiasts. He is an active hockey player, enjoys cycling, wakesurfing and an occasional round of golf.

Provost & Executive Vice President of the University of Idaho
John Wiencek joined the University of Idaho as Provost and Executive Vice President on June 1, 2015. He serves as the university’s chief academic officer, directly responsible for the general direction of all academic programs, endeavors, and instructional services on the Moscow campus as well as the university’s statewide academic, outreach and research initiatives. He leads the university’s strategic planning and accreditation development and implementation, and coordinates the activities of the vice presidents and other members of the senior administration to support U of I’s mission.
Wiencek came to U of I from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), where he served as interim provost and vice president of academic affairs, and senior vice provost and professor in the chemical and life science engineering department. Read his full biography at www.uidaho.edu/provost/about.

Executive Director, Idaho Conservation League
Rick Johnson has been the executive director of the Idaho Conservation League for 22 years. ICL is a membership-based organization working to preserve Idaho’s clean water, wilderness, and quality of life through citizen action, public education, and professional advocacy. The Idaho Conservation League has a staff of 20, offices in Boise, Ketchum, and Sandpoint, and a $1.9 million annual budget. In over twenty years as executive director, Rick has helped grow the size, impact, and credibility of the Idaho Conservation League and has helped reshape the practice of conservation in Idaho and beyond. He is recognized leader in conservation strategy and organizational development. Johnson’s work to protect Idaho wilderness has led to invitations to the East Room and Oval Office of the White House, as the Owyhee Canyonlands and Boulder-White Clouds bills were signed into law.

Randy is president of Nuvodia, a customer-focused IT company that delivers secure, reliable, cost-effective technologies and consulting services to help organizations across industries improve performance, reduce costs, and maximize results. Prior to Nuvodia, Randy was President and Founder of TROI IT Solutions which was formed in 2006 to provide both traditional and hosted technology consulting services to a diverse client base. Randy has over 20 years of IT experience for both startup and traditional organizations. His breadth of industry knowledge includes; manufacturing, mining, consumer services, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, technology and accounting. Before launching TROI, Randy held Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer positions in the Denver market. Randy holds an MBA from the University of Idaho and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Eastern Washington University, along with certifications of completion from leadership programs including Vanderbilt University’s “Leading a Fast Growing Business” executive program. Randy serves on the board of URM Stores Inc., Associated Industries, and EWU’s College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. In his free time, Randy enjoys running and golf. He and his wife Julie have two sons, Corbin and Kramer.
