John Andrews leads the development and implementation of rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate McKesson employees and executives. McKesson is a Fortune 14 health care services company with revenue of approximately $138 billion and employs 40,000 people. Prior to joining McKesson in 2012, John held leadership positions in human resources with Electronic Arts, Hitachi GST, Siebel Systems and Microsoft.
Vice President, Human Resources, Micron Technology
April was appointed to her current position in 2015 and is responsible for aligning team members to Micron's business strategy. Since joining Micron in 1996, she has held various positions of increased responsibility and worked across many functions within the human resources department. April helped shape many of Micron's team member programs including performance management, human resources business partners, total rewards, leadership development, succession and integration. Prior to her current position, she was the global director of Micron's human resources business partner organization. April holds degrees in human resources management and marketing from the University of Idaho.
Karen S. Feltes
Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary, Avista Corp.
Karen Feltes is senior vice president of human resources and corporate secretary for Avista. She has been with Avista since 1998, and has also held positions at Microsoft, King County, Washington, and Federated Department Stores. She is an accomplished human resources professional, with a 20-year career spanning the breadth of domestic and international human resource issues in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership and organizational development, employee relations, benefits design, executive compensation, recruitment, and program/policy design and implementation.
Karen is a published author and frequent guest speaker at professional conferences. She has also served as an adjunct professor at City University of Seattle and on the board for the Spokane Symphony as well as various other community boards. Karen holds a BA in communications from the University of Washington, and an MBA from City University of Seattle.
