The Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) Golf Management program at the University of Idaho provides a unique and rewarding atmosphere, and is designed to attract and educate highly motivated men and women seeking careers as golf professionals. This program is offered through University of Idaho's nationally accredited College of Business and Economics.
Upon completion of our five-year program, students will earn a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Marketing with a PGA Golf Management option and possess all the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful in today's competitive golf industry. Program has had 100% job placement since inception.
As a part of the Business Marketing degree, PGA Golf Management students will participate in the Integrated Business Curriculum (IBC) which has helped propel our undergraduate business school to the top 100 business programs in the nation. IBC represents a major departure from traditional approaches to the core curriculum in business schools. The program was developed in response to concerns that graduates needed a broader, multi-disciplined view of the business enterprise. In addition, the University of Idaho College of Business and Economics felt that students needed to be better able to communicate effectively and work in cross-functional teams.
