David Butler

VP of Finance & CFO
WinCo Holdings, Inc & WinCo Foods LLC
Dave is the Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer of WinCo Holdings, Inc. & WinCo Foods, LLC. Dave joined the Companies in 2007 and previously served as the Director of Corporate Finance and the Vice President of Finance. Dave’s role in the organization encompasses oversight of the administrative functions, as well as strategic planning, financial reporting, risk management and internal controls. Dave is also the Companies Corporate Secretary & Treasurer. Prior to joining WinCo, Dave was the Deputy Director of Support Services & CFO for the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare, spent 14 years with Albertsons in various management positions and worked in public accounting. Dave has his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration with emphasis in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Idaho. Dave has previously served on the Boards of the University of Idaho Under-30 Organization; Eagle Springs HOA; the National Association of State Human Services Fiscal Officers and is currently a member of the Treasure Valley CFO Forum; Dave and his wife Heidi have been married for 17 years and have two children: Derek and Christian.


Clint Marshall

Clint Marshall is the Chief Financial Officer for Unicep Packaging, Inc. (UPI), holding management responsibilities for the company’s finance and business development functions. In his role, Mr. Marshall oversees the company’s finances in entirety as well as directs the sales and program management functions of the business. UPI, based in Sandpoint, Id, is a contract manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. Prior to joining UPI, Mr. Marshall served Telect, Inc. in Liberty Lake, Wa as Director of OEM Development. Mr. Marshall began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Spokane, Wa as part of the firm’s audit practice. Mr. Marshall earned a B.S. in Business (Accounting) from the University of Idaho and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife Kim reside near Coeur d’ Alene, Id with their three children where they enjoy numerous outdoor activities.


Mary Pat Thompson

Mary Patricia B. Thompson has served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer since August 2006, with oversight of finance, regulatory compliance, inventory management, information technology, and human resources. Prior to August, Ms. Thompson had been the Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer since June 2002. Ms. Thompson joined Agri Beef Co. in 1989 as the Feedlot and Commodity Division Controller. In September 1991, Ms. Thompson was promoted to Controller of MWI Veterinary Supply Co., then a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agri Beef Co. Prior to joining Agri Beef Co., Ms. Thompson worked for Arthur Andersen LLP from 1985 to 1989, where she provided auditing and accounting services. Ms. Thompson graduated from the University of Idaho in 1985, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ms. Thompson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Thompson is also a member of the board of directors of the American Veterinary Distributors Association and the Idaho Youth Ranch Foundation. Mary Pat and her husband Roger reside in Boise, Id with their two children Ali and Derek.
