Executive Masters of Business Administration
The EMBA is a rigorous two-year, full-time program. The program’s flexible format is designed to fit with your work schedule and allow you to remain productive on the job. You will begin the program in the summer with an intensive week focusing on group dynamics, internal and external analysis, decision making and critical thinking. During your first year, you will examine cases and explore high-level concepts including:
- Managing Complex Systems
- Social Responsibility and Ethical Leadership
- Launching New Products and Businesses
- Strategic Cost and Process Management
The program schedule allows for maximum flexibility and work-family balance. The program is divided into four semesters with a one-week summer residence in the first year, and a three-day residence between the first and second year.
The Executive MBA Program admits a single class, or cohort, of approximately 20 students each year. The class remains together throughout the program. Courses are taught by faculty members from University of Idaho College of Business and Economics.
