Summer Seminar – Moscow
An intensive three-day summer experience focuses on one of the integrative program emphases.
Opics are determined in consultation with faculty.

Third Semester – Coeur d’Alene
- Innovation and New Product Development
- Managing and Leading Change
- Decision Making in Strategic Interactions

The third semester emphasizes project leadership and innovation.

Participants learn:

• • How to manage organizational design for innovation.

• • How taxes impact decision making.

• • How to use common social psychology models for understanding human behavior at the micro level.

Fourth Semester – Coeur d’Alene
- Managing for Your Future
- Negotiation and Conflict Management
- Assessing to Improve Firm Performance
- Risk Management
- Integrative Business Analysis

The fourth semester emphasizes anticipating and proactively responding to change.

Participants learn:

• • How to use practical negotiation and conflict management techniques.

• • How to monitor and adjust organizational performance. A review of risk management tools provides a capstone theory and application to integrate the Executive MBA experience, culminating in the participant’s final case analysis and presentation.
