  • Creating business pro formas to model and test new product and service introductions, and establish key performance metrics.
  • Making decisions in the face of uncertainty and risk, and in strategic interactions.
  • Assessing and improving performance including sustainability accounting, business tax, tax entities, finance, human resources, marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Developing an integrated analysis of an organizational initiative using the tools and concepts learned to date.

  • Successfully navigating business communications, working with the media, and handling crisis situations.
  • Developing knowledge and skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Developing the capacity to analyze situations and recommend appropriate actions, apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to support decision making, and demonstrate the ability to analyze and communicate business decisions.
  • Anticipating change and exploring the tools and techniques to create a responsive, agile organization.
  • Delivering an integrated analysis of an organizational initiative using the tools and concepts learned to date.
