A staff member will distribute parking passes to participating employers at Lot 18 on the North end of the Student Union Building.

Registration Details▼

One 8 ft. table with table linen, two chairs, on-campus parking pass, receipt and storage of pre-shipped display materials, assistance by students to help you with load in/load out, one table for optional student interviewing, and three weeks of post-fair access to resumes. If you need additional space, you may purchase an additional booth. Registrations received 14 days prior to the fair will be included in the newspaper publication about the fair.

A University of Idaho staff member will be outside in parking lot 18 to distribute parking passes to participating employers. Lot 18 is located on the North end of the Student Union Building.

Refund Policy ▼

If you cancel your registration on or before September 6, 2013 you will receive a full refund LESS a $50.00 processing fee. After September 6, 2013 the processing fee is increased to $100.00.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FAIR OR FOR NO-SHOWS.

Interviews ▼

You have the opportunity to conduct interviews with students you meet at the fair. This is an optional activity, and the registration includes the cost of one interview table. You may reserve additional interviewing tables for $25.00.

Check-In▼

Check-in will begin one hour before the listed fair time. Fair start times vary so be sure to check your start time. You will receive your specific booth assignment and important information at check-in.

NEWSPAPER - The Argonaut (University of Idaho student newspaper): The circulation of the student newspaper provides 6,000 issues and distribution to over 120 locations on the UI campus, Moscow, and Pullman communities. Post Fair Resumes ▼

Your organization description may remain on our website for three weeks after the fair. Students who were unable to attend the fair in person may submit resumes to you and learn about your organization.
