Includes all benefits of Regular Registration with the added convenience of a reserved parking space, premier table location and additional recognition as an event sponsor on all printed, web and email promotions for the fair. Your company name/logo;

• Printed on 30 table tents for a week in the Idaho Commons, viewed by 8,000 visitors daily
• Printed on 160 fliers, posted throughout campus
• Displayed on electronic announcement board in the College of Business and College of Engineering for 2 weeks. Viewed by more than 2,100 students and faculty daily
• Displayed on four electronic announcement boards in the Idaho Commons for one week. Ad displayed a minimum of 200 times a day and viewed by over 8,000 visitors daily
• Listed as an event sponsor on the Career Center website, linking to your company website
• Published in a half page advertisement in The Argonaut, job fair issue of Idaho’s student newspaper
• Displayed in 5 all-student email messages, reaching more than 12,000 students per email

One 8 ft. table with table linen, two chairs, on-campus parking pass, receipt and storage of pre-shipped display materials, assistance by students to help you with load in/load out, one table for optional student interviewing, and three weeks of post-fair access to resumes. If you need additional space, you may purchase an additional booth. Registrations received 14 days prior to the fair will be included in the newspaper publication about the fair.

A University of Idaho staff member will be outside in parking lot 18 to distribute parking passes to participating employers. Lot 18 is located on the North end of the Student Union Building.

If you cancel your registration on or before September 6, 2013 you will receive a full refund LESS a $50.00 processing fee. After September 6, 2013 the processing fee is increased to $100.00.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FAIR OR FOR NO-SHOWS.

You have the opportunity to conduct interviews with students you meet at the fair. This is an optional activity, and the registration includes the cost of one interview table. You may reserve additional interviewing tables for $25.00.

Check-in will begin one hour before the listed fair time. Fair start times vary so be sure to check your start time. You will receive your specific booth assignment and important information at check-in.

NEWSPAPER - The Argonaut (University of Idaho student newspaper): The circulation of the student newspaper provides 6,000 issues and distribution to over 120 locations on the UI campus, Moscow, and Pullman communities. Your organization description may remain on our website for three weeks after the fair. Students who were unable to attend the fair in person may submit resumes to you and learn about your organization.
