Career Fair Location 
Both career fairs will be held on the 2nd floor of the Student Union Building on the University of Idaho campus.

Registration Includes 
One 8 ft. table with table linen, two chairs, lunch for TWO recruiters, on-campus parking pass, receipt and storage of pre-shipped display materials, assistance by students to help you with load in/load out, one table for optional student interviewing (on Thursday, Feb. 11), and three weeks of post-fair access to resumes. If you need additional space, you may purchase an additional booth at the above listed rates. Additional lunches may be purchased for $15.00 each.

Refund Policy 
If you cancel your registration on or before January 20, 2010 you will receive a full refund LESS a $50.00 processing fee. After January 20, 2010, the processing fee is increased to $100.00. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE FAIR OR FOR NO-SHOWS.

Student Interviews 
You have the opportunity to conduct interviews with students you meet at the fair. This is an optional activity, and the registration includes the cost of one interview table. Interviews will be held at the Student Union Building on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010. You may reserve additional interviewing tables for $25.00.

Post Fair Resumes
Your organization description may remain on our website for three weeks after the career fairs. Students who were unable to attend the fair in person may submit resumes to you and learn about your organization.

Career Fair Shipping 
Displays and recruiting materials may be shipped in advance of your arrival. Shipping details will be available after the holidays.

If you wish to ship materials out after the fair, please bring your own shipping label. We will arrange for pick-up by FedEx. If you would like to use a different carrier, please arrange for pick-up at Student Union Building.

Check-In
You must check-in on the morning of the fair between 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. You will receive your specific booth assignment and important information for the day at check-in.

Career Fair Advertising 
The Argonaut (University of Idaho student newspaper): The circulation of the student newspaper provides 6,000 issues and distribution to over 120 locations on the UI campus, Moscow, and Pullman communities. Eighty-seven percent of the student population reads The Argonaut on a weekly basis (published twice a week). For advertising information: please e-mail arg-ads@uidaho.edu 

Hotel Accommodations
Special hotel rates are available at the Best Western University Inn. You must call the hotel directly to receive the discounted rate, as the rate is not available on the Best Western corporate website. (208) 882-0550. When you make your reservation please indicate that you are a recruiter attending the UI career fairs to recieve the reduced rate.
