Peer Mentor Program
Become a CALS Peer Mentor | Earn Class Credit
The College of Agricultural and Life Sciences offers course credits to CALS students who participate in the Peer Mentor program. This program provides valuable assistance to incoming freshmen and transfer students through the following methods.
- Provide them with valuable information about University support services and our seven departmental offerings.
- Extend invitations to meetings and events such as New Student Orientation, Ag Days and the CALS picnic.
- Offer encouragement during midterms, and check on their semester progress.
The Peer Mentor program is available to all CALS students who have attended one full year of college or more. Applications must be submitted to Ag. Science Building, room 65, by Spring 2012.
