The Department of Plant, Soil and Entomological Sciences offers a B.S. degree in Sustainable Crop and Landscape Systems, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Entomology, Plant Science, and Soil Science. Degree programs focus on the earth's biological and physical resources and allow students to pursue graduate education or careers in agriculture, horticulture, environmental science or an array of biological sciences.
Students in entomology are prepared for careers in pest management, environmental monitoring, or other areas in which insects are important.
