Showing to Other Calendars Within an Organization Unit

A Calendar Editor may exercise discretion to show an event on multiples calendars he/she manages. This action requires no special approval by the Calendar Publisher

Showing to Other Calendars Across Organizational Units

A Calendar User or Editor may request that an event show on another calendar owned by a different organization unit or managed by another Editor. The request must be made by email to the other Editor(s) involved with a copy sent to the Calendar Publisher. When all Editors involved have affirmed their approval of sharing the Calendar Publisher will edit the events to show on multiple calendars as requested.
