Calendar Editors may request that an event or set of events appear on more than one calendar. When all Editors are in agreement on sharing events across one or more calendar the Publisher accomplishes this in one of two ways.
Sharing All Events from One Calendar to Another
The Calendar Publisher can “Mix In” all events from another calendar into the currently selected calendar in the calendar’s “Publish Settings.”
Sharing Events into Other Calendars One at a Time
When creating or editing an event the Calendar Publisher can make the event appear on other calendars (besides the “owning calendar”) by selected the calendars in the “Also Shows On” control of the event template.
