Elevate an Event for Special Display

While any Calendar User or Editor may request that an event is elevated to special display calendars, these requests must be approved by the Editor of the special calendar or by the Calendar Publisher. The Publisher or Editor of a special calendar accomplishes this by either changing the “owning calendar” to the special display or selecting the special display in the “Also Shows On” option in the event template. The “owning calendar” option will move the event such that it appears only on the special display calendar. The “Also Shows On” option assures that the event appears in its original calendar but also in the special display.
