When an event is submitted by a Calendar User with a submission form the Editor of the calendar is informed by email. This email message contains a direct link to the event record. Using this link, the editor may change the “Owning Calendar” from the “Submitted” calendar to any calendar to which he/she has rights. Upon saving the record the event is approved for publication.
When an event is submitted by a Calendar User with a submission form to the University’s Main Calendar the Calendar Publisher is informed by email in the same manner as described for the Calendar Editor above. The Calendar Publisher may change the “Owning Calendar” of the event to any published calendar. If the Publisher assigns an event to a calendar with an assigned Editor the Editor will be informed by email.
