CAA Alum Awarded First Place in Eco-House Natural Talent Competition
Jeremy Bastow, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, UI March Class of '06, received first prize in the Eco-House Natural Talent Design Competition, sponsored by Emerging Green Builders Idaho and Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity.
- Students and young professionals within five years of graduation were eligible.
- The competition challenge was to design ana attractive and environmentally responsible Habitat home for the Treasure Valley.
Bastow is an intern architect for McKibben + Cooper Architects and the Associate Director for the AIA Idaho. He lives in Boise with his wife and children.
He will receive sponsorship to attend Greenbuild, the United States Green Building Council annual conference, to compete at the national level with other winning entries from around the country.
