The University of Idaho is surrounded by the rolling Palouse hills and is just minutes away from the forests, rivers and lakes of Northern Idaho. Dubbed the “Heart of the Arts” Moscow is a classic university town where art galleries, movie theaters, coffee shops and restaurants line the streets. In addition to popular drive-thrus, Moscow offers a huge Co-Op with organic and natural foods, Northwest-style pubs, as well as locally owned Italian, French, Mexican and Chinese eateries.
While You’re Here
While Summer Design Week is an excellent opportunity to get a feel for the campus, we also encourage you to explore the area during your visit—summer is an excellent time to take advantage of all the Palouse has to offer.
