    Shipping
Artwork is to be shipped in the flat postage-paid mailer provided to your school. At the conclusion of the exhibition, all artwork will be returned to participating schools in this same mailer.

    Dimensions:
The work must have an outside dimension of 18" high and 24" wide. There should be at least a 1" border around the image area to accommodate installation of the work. Smaller works should be mounted on an 18”X24” piece of paper or board.

    Labeling:
The student's name should appear in the lower left-hand corner within the allotted border area, and the school name should appear in the lower right-hand corner within the border area.

    Deadline:
Artwork must be received no later than Thursday, February 12, 2013.

  • A Note to Teachers

Schools may submit as many pieces as they’d would like, however due to increased participation, please limit entries to one per student. In addition, postal rate increases and budget cuts have severely affected our mailing budget. We appreciate your attention to limiting the weight of the work you send. Judging will occur after the work is installed.

  • Scheduling a Visit

If you are planning to visit Moscow to view the exhibition, please plan also to attend the exhibition at the University of Idaho Prichard Gallery and make arrangements for a tour of Art and Design. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call or email Sally Machlis at 885-6976 or the Studio Art and Design Program office at 885-6851.
