Urban Design Center
Located in downtown Boise, the University of Idaho Urban Design Center (UDC) offers graduate degree programs in Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Bioregional Planning and Community Design. Our students study in state-of-the art facilities with faculty who are well established and internationally recognized in their fields.
The Urban Design Center program is based on an interdisciplinary learning experience designed to simulate real-world partnerships and provide a holistic approach to urban design, emphasizing the interplay between built and natural systems. Through research, professional practice and community engagement, students work together across a range of scales to address issues of resilience and sustainability at the regional and urban scale.
