To assist with desktop computer problems, our technicians can do a remote session to your computer in order to see and assist you in correcting the problem. This process also works well for assisting in installing software, drivers for devices, printers, and for tutorial purposes.
Your computer may ask if you wish to run or download the file "ResNet.exe". If you download the file, please remember where it is located so that you can run it.
Run the file, granting permissions if requested.
When you run the file you will be presented with the Business Technologies Remote Assistance window, pictured above.
If you have not done so already, contact your support technician by phone - they will need to do some setup on their machine to establish the remote session. When they are ready, double click on the name of the person you are working with.
