Welcome to University of Idaho Budget Office. As financial stewards for the university we are responsible for providing oversight of the budget management and position funding processes, identifying and allocating financial resources in alignment with the university’s mission and goals and providing timely and accurate financial information both internally to the university community and externally to the State Board of Education and other university stakeholders. In addition, as part of our shared services unit we provide financial services for several non-academic units across campus including Office of Information Technology, University Communications and Marketing, Facilities Management and Auxiliary Services.

FY2025 Spread Pay

University of Idaho annual online spread pay election function via VandalWeb will be available April 7, 2024. All employees on the spread pay payroll option for the current year (FY2024) should receive an email notifying you when the online process is ready for use. Please follow the directions included in this email to make your election by the due date of May 11, 2024. If you do not complete your election form by the due date, you will be defaulted to the “standard pay” option for FY2025.
