Lunch & Lead...

A stimulating series of lunch discussions that will help you create a more healthy, productive and motivating work environment in your organization.

Professor Michael Kroth of the adult and organizational learning and leadership program will facilitate a series of casual lunches for Treasure Valley area organizational leaders and managers who wish to create highly productive, yet healthy, work environments. The bimonthly sessions are designed around Professor Kroth’s book, Transforming Work – The Five Keys to Achieving Trust, Commitment and Passion in the Workplace, coauthored by Patricia Boverie.

Bring your lunch, and join in any or all of the interactive sessions.

Lunch & Lead

Join Michael Kroth for a series of brown bag lunch forums designed to bring together leaders and managers from a variety of sectors -- including business, education and nonprofit organizations -- to discuss how to create healthy, highly-motivating workplaces.

Lunch and Lead is designed as an opportunity for Treasure Valley leaders to discuss issues related to healthy work environments. Topics may range from motivation to organizational culture to leadership and employee development. These are designed to be facilitated by an expert, usually a University of Idaho faculty member, who will provide pertinent research, theory, and successful practices, and then lead a discussion about applications for leaders who are leading every day. Typically, these will be during lunch and the conversation informal.
