Tuition
The following rules, including payment address / location and employer billing apply to University of Idaho Boise students only. For additional tuition guidelines, including deadlines, refund policies and payment plans, visit the University of Idaho Student Accounts website.
How Do I Pay?
1. ONLINE PAYMENT: All credit and debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) payments must be submitted via VandalWeb. Paying by debit or credit card will result in a 2.5% processing fee.
2. PAYING IN PERSON: Payment for University of Idaho Boise Center Students may be made in person by cash (exact amount at the Boise Center only), personal check, or money order. Check payment can also be submitted via VandalWeb by electronic check with no additional processing fee.

Deferred Payment Plan
If you are unable to pay in-full up front, or do not have enough financial aid to cover the full balance for the semester, you can set up a student payment plan. For more information, visit Student Accounts. To sign up for a payment plan call: (208) 885-6760.
Employer Billing
If your employer is paying for your fees, we need the following information BEFORE the fee payment deadline:
- Employer
- Department or person handling your fee payment
- Address and phone number
- Purchase Order number (if any)
Your employer may call us at (208) 334-2999 with a credit card number to pay over the phone.
