Requests for transcripts
must be received in writing. You may either visit the office and fill out a transcript request form in person, or you may mail or fax one to the office. If you are not able to access the Transcript Request Form, you may send a letter with the information noted below. Normal processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

All account balances must be paid in full prior to requesting transcripts. Should our office encounter any processing problems, your request and payment will be returned to you.
