The mission of the Department of Biological & Agricultural Engineering (BAE) is teaching, research, and extension education. Their goal is solving engineering and technological management problems in agriculture, the environment, biotechnology, and natural resources through an understanding of the biological and physical sciences.
BAE is part of both the College of Engineering and the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences.
