About the Program
The AOLL program is designed to enhance the capabilities and capacities of organizations by providing dynamic, inquisitive leaders in the areas of adult and organizational learning and behavior, teaching and training, and ethical and mindful leadership.

The AOLL program is ideal for internal and external management consultants, organizational trainers, and leaders in business, governmental, and non-profit organizations. The program attracts working professionals from the state's top employers, including Idaho Power, Hewlett-Packard, INL, and local and state government agencies. The typical student is mid-career professional attending part-time.

Masters, Specialist, and Doctoral (Ph.D./Ed.D.) programs are available and tailored to working professionals. Students may choose a thesis or non-thesis option. There are no cohort group restrictions - start, continue, and complete your degree at your own pace.

Emphasis options are in Human Resource Development, but customization of an emphasis option to fit your career needs may also be considered.

Courses are offered both online and in small classes. Mix and match to fit your lifestyle.
