Hours, Maps & Parking
Visitor Parking: Visitors may park in the Avenue A East and Avenue A West Parking Garages. These parking garages are operated by the Capitol City Development Corporation (CCDC); the parking rate $2.50 per hour from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Parking is free after 4:45 p.m. Visitors must take a ticket upon entry and pay for their parking. Visitors are also subject to enforcement actions for violations per CCDC policies.Additional Parking Options
There are several options for evening parking at the Idaho Water Center (IWC).
- WinCo employee parking lot. This parking lot is available to students beginning at 4:00 p.m. Parking in this lot is free. The lot is located on Avenue A across from WinCo. Student parking is not available in the WinCo store parking lot.
- East Junior High School. All of East Junior High School parking is available to students free after 4:00 p.m.
- The Ada County Courthouse parking lot, just east of the Courthouse, is operated by CCDC. The hourly rate prior to 5:00 p.m. is $2.50. It is free after 5:00 p.m.
Bicycle Parking
Bicycle stands are located all around the building plaza. Bicycles are not allowed in the building.
