Kroth class
Dr. Michael Kroth
Assistant Professor, Adult Organizational Learning and Leadership
“I am passionate about work. Yep, not only do I love to show up to do the work I’m paid to do, but I also research what it takes to create passionate work and passionate work organizations for others. But what makes it really fun and meaningful is working with leaders and folks in the community or the workplace to help them make what they do more enjoyable. At our Lunch and Lead seminars last year – free to the public I might add – we called it 'Creating Healthy, Highly Motivating Work Environments.' I am an assistant professor at the University of Idaho and my focus is on human resource development. That’s what I do for pay. What I do for myself is my vocation – and it’s a lot more than a title.”
