Director of
Operations for the National Biodiesel Board.
Rehagen is
responsible for planning, implementing and administering all contracts
for funding and for subcontracting.
He is also
responsible for recruiting new members, assisting members with
questions,
and
providing information and documentation to new and current members.
He has a
bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Southwest
Missouri State University and
a Masters in
Public Administration from the University of Missouri- Columbia.
Previously,
he was fleet administrator for the Missouri Department of
Transportation
where he was
responsible for all aspects of the department’s $400 million fleet
including implementation of their biodiesel (B20) use program.
