High School Applicants

Army ROTC is a program which provides college trained officers for the Regular U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve and the U.S. Army National Guard. High school students who have completed their junior year of high school may compete for a three-year advance designee scholarship. In order to apply you will need a GPA of 2.5 or higher and a minimum SAT score of 920 or ACT score of 19. Application should be submitted prior to November 15th of your senior year.

In addition to the awarded scholarship, each winner receives a flat rate of $1200 annually for books, supplies and equipment, as well as a tax free stipend. A 3AD scholarship will start the beginning of your sophmore year, but you will receive some financial assistance from the Chrisman Battalion towards your first years tuition.
