Adminstrative Advisory Committee

The Administrative Advisory Committee is responsible to and makes recommendations to the Oregon, Idaho, and Washington Agricultural Experiment Station Directors and the ARS Regional Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Recommend research and extension priorities and establish general policy for distribution of federal Special Grant funds to AES.
Provide counsel on membership of Technical and Industry Advisory Committees.
Coordinate and facilitate interstate, interagency, and clientele cooperation in development and completion of research projects.
Insure preparation of an annual report for the Special Grant Research program administrated through CSREES and ARS.
Stimulate clientele and administration to be proactive for research funding support from all sources.
