- In order for our offices to release information, including financial aid information, to parents and persons other than the student, the student must have a Consent for Release of Student Information Form signed and on file. If you have not already completed one, please send the signed form to the Financial Aid Office at P.O. Box 444291 in Moscow, ID 83844-4291.
