University of Idaho Student Health Services offers convenient on-campus health and wellness services to all students and their dependents. These services include:
Student Health Clinic with services provided by Moscow Family Medicine
- Full range of primary and preventative care services
- Services available to all students, regardless of type of insurance
- Located on the corner of University Avenue and Ash Street
Student Health Pharmacy
- Convenient on-campus pharmacy and prescription filling services
- Located in the Student Health Building, next to the Student Health Clinic
Student Health Insurance Program (SHIP)
- Idaho State Board of Education requires proof of valid health insurance as a condition of enrollment in any of Idaho’s public universities or colleges.
- SHIP open enrollment/waiver deadline: September 8
- Login for online enrollment/waiver form for students over 18
- Printable enrollment/waiver form for students under 18
- SHIP office is located in the Student Health Building next to the Student Health Clinic and Pharmacy
