  • General Student Support
    Dean of Students
    Offers useful information on University programs, policies, the academic calendar and more. Read the dean's newsletters to parents and students, or ask questions directly at askjoe@uidaho.edu. 

    Division of Student Affairs
    Serves as the central resource for most student needs; provides information on health services, counseling, testing, housing, recreation, the Women's Center and much more.
  • Academic Success
    College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP)
    Assists students who meet the definition of Migrant/Seasonal farm workers or children of migrant/seasonal farm workers.

    Disability Support Services
    Coordinates note-taking services, sign language interpreting, training for assistive technology, alternate text, test-taking accommodations and an array of other services for students with temporary and/or permanent disabilities.

    Honors Program
    Offers a stimulating course of study and the advantages of an enriched learning community for students from all colleges and majors.

    Student Support Services (SSS)
    Assists qualifying students with identifying and pursuing educational and career goals, establishing and improving academic performance and working through the challenges of university life.

    Academic Support and Access Programs
    Offers drop-in, small-group or individual tutoring. Its Online Learning Center offers students helpful study guides, tips and "how-to" videos. 

    Writing Center
    Provides students with one-on-one writing help for written pieces ranging from essays and reviews to research papers and résumés. Tutors and programs help students at every stage of the writing process, from developing ideas to improving content organization, grammar and punctuation.
  • Personal Success and Support
    Campus Safety  
    The Moscow Police Department's Campus Division patrols the campus and residence halls and enforces university policies to help ensure your safety. View the latest security reports at the campus security link above. 

    Career Center
    Offers interview tips, salary negotiating strategies, help with résumé writing, job postings and more for current students and alumni. 

    Counseling and Testing Center
    Provides free and confidential personal counseling for students experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems or other difficulties. The center also provides an array of aptitude and placement tests as well as assessment services.

    Financial Aid Office
    Provides information on financing your education through student loans, grants and scholarships. 

    Multicultural Affairs
    Plans activities, offers peer mentoring, manages multicultural-related scholarships and other programs that support the rich cultural diversity on campus.

    LGBTQA Office
    Sponsors a variety of programs, lunch discussions, educational and social events in an effort to provide an inclusive campus for all individuals. 

    Veterans’ Assistance Office
    Helps students who have served or are currently serving in the military, or those students who are dependents of a veteran, apply for and receive VA education benefits.

    Violence Prevention Programs
    Provides prevention programming, crisis intervention, and information and support pertaining to intimate partner/domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and stalking.

    Women’s Center
    Promotes gender equity on campus through a variety of programs, resources and services that educate and support all members of the campus community; offers a mentoring program that provides a network of student and faculty support for incoming women.
  • Health & Wellness
    Campus Dietitian
    Allows students access to a dietitician on campus to help with weight management and health issues including: establishing a healthy diet, vegetarian diets, diabetes control, high blood pressure, eating disorders, high cholesterol, sports nutrition, and more.

    Campus Recreation
    Fosters a lifetime appreciation and involvement in recreation and wellness activities.

    Student Health Clinic
    Provides students a full range of primary and preventative health services.

    Located conveniently on campus; provides students prescription filling services.

    Student Health Insurance Program (SHIP)
    Serves as a health insurance option for students. The Idaho State Board of Education requires proof of valid health insurance as a condition of enrollment in any of Idaho’s public universities or colleges.

    Vandal Health Education
    Provides health education, information and resources for students, including easy access to on-campus and community offerings through our website.
