FCS 435: Feeding Young Children in Group Settings (1 Credit, UI) 

Semi-semester based course
Students can enroll now for Summer 2014 semester for this 1-credit course. There is a cap of 20 students per semester. The start date for the course is June 2, 2014. The course end date is August 4, 2014. There are no extensions available to extend the end date. 

The instructors have established firm deadlines for each assignment. Students can submit ahead of the deadline for each assignment.
